pak96 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pak96, operated at pak96.pro. They form a binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and pak96 ("we", "us", "the platform"). Access to or use of any part of pak96 — including account registration, depositing, playing games, placing sports bets, participating in bingo rooms or using the mobile app — constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use pak96. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pak96, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak96 is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit access or account registration for anyone under 18, and we actively verify age through the KYC process.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your real name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You may hold only one account on pak96. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure across all associated accounts.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion arrangement on pak96 or any related platform at the time of registration.
• The account must be created and operated by you personally. Accounts cannot be registered on behalf of someone else, and account access cannot be shared or sold.

pak96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to withdrawal processing, or following unusual account activity. Standard verification requires a clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) and a recent selfie. Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in account restrictions.

3Account Responsibilities

Once your pak96 account is active, you are responsible for everything that happens through it. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. pak96 staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• Keeping your registered details current. If your mobile number, email address or payment details change, update your account promptly. Inaccurate details can delay withdrawals.
• All activity performed under your account. If someone accesses your account because you shared or inadequately protected your credentials, pak96 is not liable for resulting losses or transactions.
• Reporting unauthorised access. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact pak96 support immediately. We can place a temporary hold on the account while the matter is reviewed.

4Deposits & Payments

pak96 accepts deposits in PKR only through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. There is no currency conversion on pak96 — the PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your account balance.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed clearly on the deposit screen within your account. Deposits are credited to your balance promptly following payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to someone else — are not accepted and will be returned.
• pak96 does not charge a fee for deposits on any supported payment method. Fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside pak96's control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, contact support with your payment reference number for investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, or to a verified payment account in your name. pak96 charges no withdrawal fees on any supported method. The full amount you request is the amount sent.

Key withdrawal terms on pak96:

• Verified accounts receive same-day processing for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals submitted during business hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals process within 1–2 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal screen and vary by method. The standard minimum for mobile wallet withdrawals is PKR 500.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before any portion of a balance derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money play are not affected by bonus wagering conditions.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name — matching the name on your pak96 account and your CNIC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• pak96 reserves the right to perform additional identity and payment verification checks prior to processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a security measure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals.

6Bonuses & Promotions

pak96 offers bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are clearly displayed at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all pak96 bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where applicable) that must be wagered before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiple is stated on the offer.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or shared between accounts.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is still being wagered may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• pak96 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonus offers at any time. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered in good faith.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated betting with other players to reduce wagering risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7Games & Sports Betting

pak96 provides access to online casino games (including slots, fish games and bingo), sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments, football and esports) and other gaming products. All games operate according to their individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Results are final once a game round or sports event settles. No disputes can be raised about settled game outcomes except in cases of documented technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pak96 reserves the right to void the round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Decisions made in such cases are final.
• Sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market, displayed at the point of bet placement. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or voided will have stakes returned according to standard settlement rules.
• pak96 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific markets, events or players, at its discretion, without prior notice.
• Bingo games settle according to the rules of the specific room format in play. Prize amounts are calculated based on active player count and card price, as displayed in the room before cards are purchased.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak96 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance where fraud is identified:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using pak96 if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the platform
• Coordinated betting or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering)
• Threatening, abusing or harassing pak96 staff or other players through any communication channel

9Responsible Gaming

pak96 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment by adults who choose to participate. We do not encourage gaming as a form of income or financial planning, and we provide tools to help all players stay in control.

Every pak96 account has access to:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps that you set yourself. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increasing a limit requires a waiting period.
• Session time reminders — alerts at intervals you choose to let you know how long you've been playing.
• Self-exclusion — the ability to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pak96. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods of one week, one month or longer. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality checks — periodic reminders of your net gaming activity during a session.

10Suspension & Account Closure

pak96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable time following a request
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or use of the account for prohibited purposes
• The account is found to belong to a minor
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following identity verification. This process may take up to 10 business days.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pak96 support. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

11Limitation of Liability

pak96 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

• pak96 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, provided these are not the result of deliberate platform action and the interruption is not prolonged or repeated without communication to players.
• pak96 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own actions, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, using the platform in breach of these terms, or making gaming decisions.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. pak96 does not manipulate game results and is not liable for adverse outcomes that are part of normal game variance.
• pak96 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks), provided pak96 has initiated the transfer correctly.

12Changes to These Terms

pak96 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at pak96.pro/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, pak96 will also provide notification to registered players through in-platform messaging or email.

Continued use of pak96 after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
